Working with an Architect should be a positive and fun experience. I believe that everyone should have access to the types of services I provide:
1. Planning - A stage where you realize you need to own your own home. Buy a piece of land and build your own dream home or buy an existing property and turn it into your wonder-home by adding your own values to it.
2. Conceptual Design - Involves the creative and innovative ideas how to layout your desired home, renovation or interior design. Estimated cost must come into picture at this stage so that you have all your dreams come true.
3. Authority Submission - This would involve local council if it is a new building or alteration to existing structure. There is a building regulation which we suppose to comply with.
4. Let's Build It - Time to put all our ideas on to the ground. We supervise, monitor and manage from A to Z so that the construction process is smooth.
5. Completion - Finishing it all, comply with all authority's requirements, resembling the original ideas where small deviation is acceptable and the most important is to stick to the budget.
It is my goal to have every client feel that they are receiving the best possible service and value during our time together. It’s a pretty simple concept to understand but we go to great lengths to make sure that the service we provide is exceptional, the designs we create imaginative and resourceful, and the process from start to finish rewarding and enjoyable.
