Seventeen January 17-1-18

Today I'm at Nu Tower 2, reach the office at 9.10 am due to terrible train service by KTM from Shah Alam-KL Sentral. Standing all the way!. What a relief when reached office I can actually sit down. My wife laughed at me when I told her, finally I can sit down. So, I spend the whole morning doing things I like:

1. Surf the internet also having discussion with team mates:

a. Watching Youtube on 3D animation videos for a building project by local and international animators namely My3DVision (Malaysia) and Li Fang Digital UK Limited. Quite impressiv works. Some local freelancer charge RM300 for 1 second of animation. WOW!..That's very lucarative money we are looking at if we talk about 5-6 minutes animation video. Easily RM108,000. Youngsters out there, it's not too late for you guys to jump into this 3D animation field as your hobby or part-time jobs because you'll be making tonnes of money!

b. Reading and Replying Whatsapp : DMAJ had asked for yesterday's CCM 06 MOM. Done.
                                                      Shake had shared info on Prestij KD & UOA Business                                                          Park. Later in the evening he shared Menara Raja                                                              Laut office floor with 14K Sq.Ft area!

c. Answering phone call through Skype for business (yes, that's what we use here). A call from Windtech Consultants in Singapore, interested to join our team as wind engineering services. Appointment to meet the Associate Director here in KL had been set tomorrow 11am.

2. Vet through some CV's for potential candidates to fill all the vacancies in my team.
    We have vacancies in the following positions:
    -Senior Manager, Manager, Senior Executive an Executive for Project, Technical,                 Support, Cost Control and Contract, Document Controller.

3. Meeting with COO on the Work Station Strategy with DBKL on 25th Jan. What to discuss and what not to be brought up during the work station.

At 4pm, we discussed on the new regulations by Local Housing Ministry for application of Partial CCC (Borang F1) which will make a developer to pay the LAD (Late Ascertain Damage) to buyer. 

At 4.30pm, I bought a sandwich and popia basah at our pantry which cost me rm4.50. This morning I already bought 1 sandwich for rm2.50 and 3 kuih (2 donuts & 1 curry puff) for rm1.80. Feeling hungry after all the mess I've done.

Hello 2018

After sometimes, I finally realize that I don't have much time for blogging, writing using laptop or smart phone. I still prefer the old style, writing and sketching in a book. That what had happened 2 years back.

That was before I'd been equipped with the best laptop. Since now I am a Development Director in a very powerful organization, i got the most powerful laptop to perform my daily task. YOGA 370 with Core i7 7th Gen, yeahh!!

So it gave me a thought WHY not I use it to record all my findings here in my digital diary? So I can view it later, as what happen to my 2015 journals..he3. Only time will tell how sincere I am with writing my journals.

Even though my birthday was over, I still got a chance to get FREE tickets from MBO and GSC perhaps, it's just that i need time to convince my wife to follow me watching Jumanji..he3. The kids are all on my side. Wish me LUCK!

MY OLD PORTFOLIO (SCHOOL TIME)

I would say that I'm lucky to still have my works kept safely with me...(but somewhere in the store room). I had a very little chance to use digital record devices due to financial problem..(at that time I couldn't afford to buy my own camera).

huhuhu...

Anyway, that was not the end of everything. I still have a good images of those works in my head....

The truth is, while writing this, I'm searching for my old works in computer folders, in emails and so on...but not yet find any. Be patient...
