Awareness to the comparison of standard construction sub contract in Malaysia
I am sure that most of us construction professional will have some experience or involve in the standard main contract in Malaysia. As i have covered in previous writing and diagrams, there are many standard contract such as PAM 98/2006/2018, JKR 203A(2010), CIDB, AIAC etc. In this writing, i have compile comparison and process mapping on the working of related subcontract in relation to the main contract.The subcontract is design as an extension to the main contract to create formalize procurement for the nominated subcontractor to participate in the same project. The contract is usually design to correspond and act to clauses in the main contract.
